“Buhat” is a work or a deed. In the first verse the word “buhat” was define as a good deeds. Understanding the first line of the first verse, I could say that somebody or someone have told us about the good deeds of God the Father, given the fact that “mo” refers to God the Father.

Connecting the second to the first line, it slowly makes me hard to understand the text or the thought of the verse. I know each one of us has its own view and perspective about the first, second, third and fourth line. For me, I understand it as this, someone have told us about the good deeds of God, the Father and those good deeds were revealed or passed to us generations by generations until t this day. I haven’t seen the good deeds of God, the Father that is Jesus Christ. The good deeds of God do not took place in my world. Yet the second line proposes that we saw the good deed, Jesus Christ. Or could it be that the composer of this lyric was born during the time of Jesus Christ and he was only reincarnated in this present time. And what he meant of the “kami” was the people whom accompanied him, witnessing Jesus Christ, the good deeds of God. Yet why should he still wrote “nakabati” if “nakita nya man si” Jesus Christ? Since he lives a long time go much better and more understandable if the lyrics would be “Nakita namon ang maayo mo nga buhat sa ciudad sang GInoo”. On the other hand if the composer was not being reincarnated and was really born at the present the more understandable lyrics would be “Nakabati kami sang maayo mo nga buhat sa ciudad sang Ginoo”. “Diba mas klaro ang lyrics?”

The composer might have a different explanation about the lyrics but since the idea is converted already in a text, it has already its own life. Various explanation and understanding now is applicable to lyrics. The life of the text is not anymore controlled by the composer. We are now the one that gives meaning to the life of the text.

Deconstruction is one of the philosophies that shook the world of the philosophers. For Derrida who constructed the deconstruction, we cannot define what deconstruction is but what deconstruction is not. Language has its own world it has its own life that if we utter, say, or speak we free the language or the words. We cannot own them anymore that they are out of our control it has its own truths. There are three worlds in the language; the world of the speaker, the world of language and the world of the audience or the receiver of the spoken words. It is the speaker who is the one who utters; the one who is responsible for the words he will speak. The speaker is the giver of ideas to the receiver. Language having another world is responsible on its own after the speaker uttered the words. The words may or may not be the truth, depends on the speaker if he/she will say the reality or not but the words will take its course to uncover its reality after being given of its freedom. We all cannot say that our interpretation of words or the text are correct or exact to the real meaning of it. Thus we can only approximate the nearest or the closest meaning of the text we cannot also separate ourselves and our biases in every time we speak or in interpreting, understanding words being heard or read. Deconstruction is different from destruction. It is not a critique, not a an analysis, not an abandonment of all meanings, it is somehow the seeing of the meaning of the text not as of the first glance, but understanding the meaning of the text by seeking its essential message going to the deeper and real message of the text. If and if there will be anything destroyed in deconstructive reading it is not the text, but he claim to an equivocal denomination of one mode of signifying over another.

Anthem 47 was composed by Fr. Boy Celis. The title means: Anthem as song of praise, sacred song, religious, or the songs related to spiritual music. The son was titled in English but the text or the lyrics are in Hiligaynon. The lyrics would like to thank God for the generosity he has.

Nakabati kami sang maayo mo nga buhat kag amon nga nakita sa ciudad sang Ginoo. Sia magapadayon sa pagdampig sa amon sa pagbantay sang aton banwa sa iya nga gahum.

In the first verse the song projects the goodness of God and his being a defender it may refer that trough the good woks of God he will defend his people and their city from adversaries, but he need not to use his power for He is good, for in doing good power is not needed, it may propose a war. There’s no need to use power.

Amon ginakilala ang imo paghigugma samtang yari kami sa pagdayaw kag pagsimba. Ang bug-os mo nga banwa nagtipon sa pag-amba sang imong kadayawan kag imong pagdumala.

In the second depicts the faith of the people to wards God. It is in here that somehow people gave their faith in God in times that they are only as if under in the intoxication of God.

Sa sining kapiestahan amon ginabantala ang imo katarungan nga tanda sang gahum mo. Sa imo kaalwan kag sa imo nga kayo nagpakita ikaw sang Diosnon mo nga kaalam.

Here in the third verse the greatness and the omnipotent qualities of God were given emphasis.

Koro: Sa sulod sang imo nga templo nagapamalandong kami sang imong paghigugma kag imong pagdumala.

The chorus would like to show the summary of all the things tackled on the verses thus in prayer there is God.

There are some contradictions in the text but we are here not to critique but to understand what it should be, as a song of praise it is very important to us to approximate the real meaning of the song. Thus it is free and it can manage to set the reality of its meaning to others as not as literally but as having a world of its own. My purpose in not to destroy but to deconstruct how it was made and from where it was for. Thus it is all my opinions and my understanding of the text as I approximate there may be other approximations but to understand such texts are very hard and needs unbiased judgments.

Language is a very powerful tool in the world of ideas and in the world of communication. In fact, we are able to define ourselves and the world through our language, because everything is language; everything has a meaning. If there is no language, our world will be nothing and empty. Why? It is because the “meaning” is very important, for it tells us of our purpose and our existence. Through language we are able to communicate with other people. As we all know that communication is very important in our lives, because our engagement to others can answer our needs and it will truly help us to become moral person- to be truly person.

In language there are three different worlds but they are connected from each other. These worlds are: the world of the speaker, the world of the text itself, and the world of the receiver or the interpreter of the text or idea. How they are different from each other? The speaker has his own view and he expresses it through language. The language, though it is being used by the speaker, has its own world also. It is because language can’t capture precisely what we are ought to say or the content of the thought that we are trying to express. Plus, language evokes many meanings. It can be understood in different views. The same also to its listener or the perceiver of the language or the words. They, too, have different world, because they have their own perspective of the meaning of the words. Usually, they are interpreting the meaning of the words closely to their experiences.

Deconstruction is not a critique, analysis or a method. When you deconstruct you are not analyzing things, because this will lead you to forget what you are analyzing. Deconstruction is not destroying anything from the text, but it only unwrap the text which opens it to other realization or interpretation. Derrida explains that the text is separated from its author and its interpreter. It is because there is no absolute interpretation about the text. If you are the author of a particular text, you can’t say that you are the only one who has a correct interpretation of your text because it belongs to you. No, the author can’t control the meaning of the text he made, because there is no monopoly or authority on the text. The authority is the text itself and this would always get on the way.  When it is exposed, it will be perceived also by the others and the meaning would always depend on the perception or understanding (based on their experience) of those who perceive the text. When you free the text, it won’t longer yours. It will belong to the wider world. Usually, text can be easily interpreted if we are on the mainstream of it or when it conveys our experiences (both in the past and present). There is no wrong in interpreting the text. But this is not on the point of “Relativism” (indi siya pagustuhanay!), because the text has its “transcendental signifier” which is considered as the authority the will certify the truthfulness of the text.

The Anthem 47 is a song that expresses the reverence of the people to God, because of his mighty deeds and his goodness to them. But I’m just wondering why that the title of the song is “Anthem 47”, which is in English form while the entire lyrics of the song are in Hiligaynon. That’s why when you spot the title, you will really presume that the song is an English song. If we come to think about it, there are also words in Hiligaynon that can be used as the title of the song, which can be more meaningful and relational and can truly grasped the context of the lyrics. For example, “Kanta sang pagdayaw sa Diyos” which is more understandable to the people. But why is it that he did it that way? Maybe because the composer (Fr. Celis) of this song would like to create a different impact out of the title of his song, which he ought to summarize the meaning that he would like to illustrate to the people. An “Anthem” means a song of praising and declaring loyalty to something (God) and the “47” maybe was his age when he finished composing the song or it is his favourite number. So to say, he made it because he intended it that way so that the people will easily remember the song because of its unique title, plus its meaningful lyrics and the arrangement of the voices of the choir, because it helps to evoke the feelings and emotions of the people listening to it, so that they will really like to participate in the singing and to make the liturgy livelier. Therefore, the Anthem 47 was composed so that the people will be aware that they need to participate in the singing, because it is one way of showing God their highest adoration, which Fr. Celis would like to express and to see to all his parishioners everytime they have prayer activities in the church, and most especially during the holy mass which is considered as the highest form of prayer. The title of the song doesn’t really matter. What matters most is the message that it would like to give to the people when they are asked to praise God.

Deconstruction is different from destruction. According to Derrida, deconstruction is not an analysis. It is not a critique, not a method, not an act or operation and not a synonym of destruction. However, it is near to analytical reading, so it means to undo because you commit mistake, sala ka or nagsala ka. In deconstruction there is something you are destroying, but it is not the text being destroyed because the text has its own world of itself. “Waay sing somebody nga amo gid na iya.” Meaning, you are open to the others’ interpretation, because at the very first place we have our own perspective on looking at things. You have to accept that there is no monopoly or domination of interpretation. Because galukso ang text, there are many things you have to consider. What deconstruction is not? No one has an authority. Take for example, in the case of Fr. Celis, even though he was the one who wrote and made the song Anthem 47 originally which is a song of praise and loyalty, he cannot totally say that iya gid na bangud kung mabatian kag mabasahan na sang iban nga tawo, lain mana ila interpretation. Maybe Fr. Celis thought that Anthem 47 he made was a very good and perfect song than the other songs, pero para sa iban tama ka kalain kag pigado gali, so wala mana japun pulos. Deconstruction is not selfish and subjective but it is a reason. You allow the other to think and give their own interpretation, and even though my interpretation for them is not correct and precise, but still it is my own view, perspective and interpretation.

I think that in order for you to be able to create something, you need to be able to break it apart. When I was little, I used to destroy old and useless things. I would see an old wall clock just hanging there and then I would just know that it was hanging there waiting for me to crack it open and look inside. One time I totally dismantled our old radio but it was still operating but not that so well and I thought I was going to get the beating of my life. Instead my father just laughed at me because I reminded him of when he was younger and what he used to do to things. However, deconstructing readings or deconstruction is very different from destructing things, because at the very first place deconstructive reading is not about destroying or destructing a text that you are reading. Deconstructive reading is more of analytical reading. You are reading a text and you analyze it well in order for you to make interpretation and to make the text better.

Anthem 47 is a song of praise and loyalty. The entire lyrics really show us how people give their worship and highest adoration to the Lord. The lyrics tell how the Lord share and spread his goodness, being powerful and love to His people through his good deeds. And because of God’s righteousness and overflowing love to them, they offer prayers of praise to Him. I found it quite hard in deconstructing Fr. Celis Anthem 47. What I did was that I focused more on the title of the song. I was questioning why it was titled Anthem 47 and at the very first place, its lyrics are Hiligaynon. It should be in English. I have found out upon reading the lyrics, that there are wrong usages of words. Anthem means song of praise, sacred song or even a national hymn. So meaning, you cannot use the word anthem as your title because others may misinterpret it. Others may think that song is a national hymn. Others may think that as they see or hear the title, it is an English song, but the big question there is, why the lyrics are written in Hiligaynon? Others are not also familiar with a word anthem. And why Fr. Celis added number 47 in his title? I don’t know why. I can’t capture its used and significance in the title. Maybe he was 47 years old when he wrote the song Anthem 47. Or maybe, number 47 is his favorite number or very significant to him. In my own interpretation, opinion and suggestion, instead of using Anthem 47 as the title of the song, Fr. Celis may use Hiligaynon title, like “Dayawon si Kristo”, “Ginuo nga Makakagahum”, “Magkalipay” and many possible titles. There are lots of interpretations and views the way we read a text. Being the composer or the author of that song or reading is not important, but what matter most is that you need to keep that in mind when you are writing or composing, you have to be willing to accept the fact that others might not get your intended meaning. It is always open for self-interpretation and be thankful that your words helped someone else see something within him or herself.

Deconstruction is one of the contemporary philosophies first used by Heidegger in contrast to Nietzsche’s Demolition. It was elaborated and coined by Derrida. Deconstruction is not defined as “what it is” (because it limits itself) rather “what deconstruction is not.” It is not an analysis, critique, method, act/operation, and not a synonym of destruction. It is near to “analytic reading” and “reverse engineering” (undo). It is not a destruction of the text rather it is “disassembling” it and “constructing” it again. In this way, understanding and awareness of the text’s meanings and loopholes happen.

Anthem 47 is a song composed by Rev. Fr. Esperidion “Boy” Celis. I don’t really know why he entitled this song Anthem 47. All I can do for now is just to approximate it. Anthem is a song of praise, commitment and loyalty. Most of the processional and entrance songs are really songs of praise, commitment and challenge. In other words, most of the processional songs are anthems. With this, I can say that Anthem 47 is really an anthem. The lyrics of the song go this way:

1.)Nakabati kami sang maayo mo nga buhat kag amon nga nakita sa ciudad sang Ginoo. Sia magapadayon sa pagdampig sa amon sa pagbantay sang aton banwa sa iya nga gahum.

Koro: Sa sulod sang Imo nga templo nagapamalandong kami sang imong paghigugma kag imong pagdumala.

(Koro)
What I don’t know about the title of the song is the “number 47.” Maybe it was his favorite number. Maybe it was the 47th anthem he composed. I don’t know. All I know is that he has a reason why he put 47 in the title.

Deconstruction as what I have learned is not a destruction of the text. It is disassembling the text. It is CTRL+Z in the keyboard (undo). It is more of a reverse engineering. With this reason, I did not change or critique the song of Fr. Celis, rather I will show to you how I can disassemble it. It goes this way: (go to this link)

Language is important in us humans because through it, we can express what we think and feel (ideas, thoughts, and emotions). Without language, it is hard to express and relate. Even though language has its own life and world, we use it to reveal our self (Self-Revelation-of-the-Being through language). Sometimes, we can know the person through the words he/she is using. It is sometimes the revelation from the inside. For example: A person always speaks of “binastos.” With this, we can approximate that he/she is a maniac. Language (since we first become conscious) has been our tool in revealing our self to others. And so, we cannot avoid using language in our everyday life. In relation to deconstruction, the more we use language, the more we can use deconstruction. When we deconstruct something, we can still deconstruct the “deconstructed.” The more language we have, the more language we can deconstruct.

In this paper, I will point out the importance of language in our lives and how do I treasure language. I will also tackle the connection of communication and understanding. Here communication and understanding are very close to language, these three are very significant to each other. Language is very important in the survival of the people in the world of communication, and human beings as social beings in the building of common and understandable language. Understanding has its responsibility to the communication of language. Language will tell us that it is that we cannot keep them, thus it will escape from us and in every word we speak our identity follows to the words we utter as Friedrich Hardenberg would like to point out in his monologue. We are the people with God given common gifts that will and make us one as we use it as our common communication to be in communion with each other.

Language connects people all over the world through communication with the understanding of parties, the speaker and the recipient or the hearer or the one the speaker talking with. One can make his/her own language if there is also someone who could understand and speak what the speaker is telling. Language is very important in the communication process. Language is being used as a statement, as a question or as an order. Language may be communicated through oral or signs and more... communication is a process that will make us sure that our language is being understood by the person we are talking with. In the process there should be a speaker, a hearer, the language that the speaker will say or words he/she utter, and the response of the hearer as the recipient of the language being communicated by the speaker. Communication will be successful if the recipient will give his/her response or comment to what the speaker said. Understanding is also very important to the process of communication. Understanding will give the go signal for the hearer if he/she will understand the speaker. Communication will occur if the speaker and the language he use will be understood by the hearer. And there the hearer will give his comment or response. If the speaker and the hearer communicated successfully, then they under stood each other and they have the common language and they unite as one in one understanding in the common language they use. The many the people is using the common language or have the same common language and successfully undergone the process of communication then how many those people may be they unite as one.

In the monologue of Friedrich Hardenberg language has its own world that why in the process of communication language has its own sphere that without it communication is not possible. Language has its own world that if we utter or we said something we are freeing the word itself and we cannot say any more that we control or those words are ours. The article entitled monologue by Friedrich Hardenberg because every one of us as we speak, as we say is in the monologue that the things or the words or the language that are inside of us are ours. If we do not utter them it’s ours. As we say something, our selves depicts to the words we utter. It is also said there that language are just play of words thus we must not be very affected to others who are telling us especially those who say bad things to us or muck us because it is not us who they telling of their words it’s actually themselves. It is better to say or to communicate for the reason that it is necessary to and there we do not affect our words with our selves or our own biases.

Is a Language very important? What do you think? Language is powerful as they say. Why? It is because of language that we can express who we are, want we want, how we feel, what makes us feel happy or bad. In short, through language we became aware of who and what we are and the things around us – our world. I can’t imagine our world without a language. Can you figure it out, too? I don’t think so if we have these big establishments right now, specifically the department stores like: SM City, Robinsons, Gaisano Mall, Plazuela, ect., where we can buy things that are essential to us. Things that somehow make our lives easier and give us total convenience. I don’t think so if all of these establishments were being made if there was no language and communication between the engineers and his fellow workers. If there was no language, I don’t think so if cellphones or other gadgets that we are using in communication existing nowadays If there was no language before, I don’t think so if Neil Armstrong was able to reach the moon if not also by the help given to him by his co-workers of his space shuttle. This is also true to other scientists who have contributed in the development of our society if not because of the knowledge that was given to them by their predecessors.  As you could see, language has a greater role in making all things possible here on earth.

In our daily lives, we know that language is very important because we use it for our communication. From the moment we wake in the morning, when we turn on the radio or the T.V. to listen or to watch the latest news of the day, which makes us aware of all the happenings in our society that somehow gives us information that could help us to gain convenience or to secure ourselves so that we can avoid accidents. Communication is also needed even when we simply go to the market to buy the things that are essential to us. We need to communicate to the vendors, or else, they could not provide us of the goods that we want to buy from them. The same through when we ride on a jeepney going to our work, school, mall, etc. We need to communicate to the driver so that we can reach our destination, safe and sound.

In the field of education, language or communication is much needed. In fact, if there is no language there is no learning because learning is grounded on the communication and the language used, and if that will happen, education will lose its purpose. We all know that the basic purpose of education is to give all the students sufficient learning either inside or outside the classroom. Learnings that will help them to equip their selves of the right knowledge that they need for their future or their later lives. Learning can only happen if there is an understanding between the instructor and his students. And that could only be attained if there is a good communication between them. That’s why inside the classroom the students are encourage to have a conversation with their instructor regarding their lessons so that their instructor will know if they truly understand the lessons given to them.

Language takes a great role also in our belief or faith. Since the wisdom of God is beyond understanding. That creates a difficulty for a man to understand truly His mystery; He gave us his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, as His word that became flesh and was being borne in our own likeness as men. God made this; he humbles Himself, so that he could deliver His message in the level of understanding of his people. Just like revealing your God to your special friend or fellow Christian. God knows how important to have a communication with His people because through his language (Jesus Christ) he can truly reveal himself and to really make His people to ponder within themselves all his teachings that will lead them to win His promised salvation to all humanity.

Language is very important in every aspect of our daily lives. It is because language makes all things possible. It helps us in our communication process so that we could provide ourselves of all the essential things that we need in our day-to-day living. And it enables us to union with others which makes our lives even more meaningful.

Person is always in communion. The person is always communal in nature and can never be separated from the community. For the essence of the community is from the persons. Since we as persons, are in the community, how are we going to interact and deal with each other? We, as human individuals interact and intermingle with each other through communication or conversation. And we use language as our means of communicating and talking with other individuals. We speak. We speak because speaking is natural to us. Language speaks. Language is everywhere. Human beings are said to have language by nature. Language is language. Language itself is language. Conversation is a mere play of words, that is why it is strange. We make believe that they speak about things but in fact, language speaks only of itself. Language has its own world because it concerns only of itself. Some speak about certain thing or to someone but in fact they could only speak about themselves. This simply shows that using language has limitation. Ones you speak of something, you cannot freely capture or grasp because it is always “kulang”. It does not mean that, what you are saying and sharing about that particular thing or to someone else is already right and similar to their interpretations, however it always changes. It will still depend on the perception, view, interpretation and understanding of the object. You cannot control it. Ones you already uttered a word or words, it is not already yours. Despite of the limitations o using language, we cannot deny the fact that language is very essential in our everyday lives. Wherever we go, wherever we are, language is always there, for it is everywhere. We always use language. Language is our identity. Without language, we cannot be identified and capable of being human beings. For all the creatures being created by the Father, we are grateful and thankful because we human beings have only given the gift to speak. It is our distinction from plants, animals and all other living creatures. We have our language. Also through language, we are being linked, bonded and connected with each other. We could communicate to others. We could talk and express our own feelings, fulfillment, achievements, happiness, success, appreciation, care, love, compassion, gratitude, jokes, and of course, share our problems, frustrations, disappointments, failures as well. Because of language, we can read, share our own ideas, thoughts and knowledge to others. We can give advice and words of inspiration. We can touch and inspire one’s life through our loving, moving and touching words of encouragement. Language could really help us a lot especially in expressing our deep love, care and concern to someone. We can say to them, “I love you Ma, Pa”, “Thank You”, “Take care”. Above all, through language we can express our deepest love, worship and adoration to our Almighty Father, and of these is prayer. However, there were times in our everyday encounter with each other.  Language sometimes makes barrier and gap to one of us. There were times that we have our misunderstandings, hatreds and anger because of misinterpretations, and misconception of what we are saying and talking with each other. We could not really capture and understand what others are talking. It shows that we as human beings have our own view, perspective and interpretation and how we see things in life. Thus, in order for us to capture and understand others, we have to get out o our own prejudices and biases and enter into their understanding and view.

What is Language? How much do I need it? Language is an important element in a communication. It is the means use by the speaker to communicate with the receiver. The speaker passes the message or information to the receiver using the language that is common to both of them which they can both understand be it in a form of speaking, as a sign or in written form. Language is a language if at least two people have knowledge of it and at least two people can understand. I cannot say that I have a language that I was the one who invent it and that I alone know it. When Descartes said “Cogito ergo sum” which means “I think therefore I exist”, it can be a proof already that others exist because he used a language (Latin) which he knows that other people knows it. Same also when he said “Solus ipse” which means “I alone exist.” It could be better when he said it, he use words that no one can really understand or that the words he uses are alien to all people and no one really knows.

In communication, at least two or more subjects are involved. The subjects that are involved in the conversation are both speakers and receivers. Language bridges the speaker to the one he/she wants to pass the information with which is the receiver. Through common language used in communicating, it is easier for the both speakers and receivers to understand what each other are saying. I don’t mean that they will really get the point of the other or the understanding and arguments will meet. What I mean is that they will understand what the other is saying.

Language for me is a powerful tool we have as humans. Why? It is because it can control the feelings of others. We can make the other feel good by saying words of encouragement or affirming him/her. We can make the other feel bad, angry or destroy his/her disposition by saying bad, offending and hurtful words to him/her. Not all the time it can control others feelings but it can control the feelings of others if the receiver cannot manage and he/she will react according to his/her instincts. (Example: If I will hear my classmate backbite me, my immediate reaction is to feel bad and the feeling I have in me is anger. I cannot control what I feel.) Aside from controlling the feelings of others, through language we can also express our feelings. We can express it by speaking, writing and even in action. If we feel anything, of course there is a feeling in us that we can’t wait to express it. If we feel very happy, much fulfilled, very sad or very angry, we find others to talk to. In expressing our feelings, we feel relieved. There is a joy in us if others know what we feel and they understand what is going in us. What if all of us have our own different and unique language that no one except you yourself alone knows it? What will happen to us? Maybe there will be no understanding and it will be very hard to communicate. We can no longer express our feelings and we know how it feels that no one understands us, that no one can get our point. It’s “kabuluang and kailinit.”

Language is a great gift God had ever given us humans. Because we have feelings and we are rational beings, it is important that we can express it. God gave us feelings and knowledge but without language they will be useless because we cannot express them. The absence of the expression of feelings and knowledge is somehow the absence of freedom for we cannot speak out. If it will happen, maybe we will “burst.” Language can be used “functionally” and “relationally.” Yes we know that we cannot really express everything in language but we can also approximate. There are terms that no word can capture but let us be grateful because even though language is limited, it is already a big help in our way of living as emotional and rational beings. The best thing about language is that we can be in communion. We can relate with others, we can be a group, a community and WE can be ONE. Now you know how language is important for me. For you, how is language important? What is its meaning for you? What is its part in your life? For me, linggwahe ko, kinanglan ko gid!

Language is everywhere. It reveals the world. Since I am in the world, I am surrounded by language. World has its meaning to me and usually this meaning has always its function. Through this meaning and the function of the world, I can relate to the world. The world, as an object, is at the same time becomes a language also.

How much do I really need language? I can’t live without language. Language is already a part of my life. I can’t understand something without language. Language is essential in my life. Language can be understood through verbal and non-verbal connection. I need language to express my feelings and at the same time it’s my way to be in connection with others. I need language to be more expressive and understandable. It is true that what you speak reflect what you are. For example, we will speak truth or a lie it will still reflect on yourself, you are a true person or a liar one. Another example is when you said “I like You” it does not mean that you like someone but it only emphasize that you like yourself. Why? Because you want someone like yourself the same as you like yourself.

Language is everywhere.  Day by day we live together with language. Some of them as what I mentioned above can be experienced non-verbally, which means language can be expressed through signs and symbols. We could not take away the fact that signs and symbols can be seen everywhere even our body can be a sign or a symbol. Some of this signs and symbols, since both of them may mean many things, can be misinterpreted by others, the same as of the verbal language. We’re not sure of what others say unless we are them. A wet road is not reliable sign of a recent rain if the sprinkler wagon pass by. This misinterpretation of a non-verbal language is a form of mistakes. Mistakes is also one aspect of our lives, we could not avoid it, the same as language itself.

Through the help of language, we continue to evolve. We continue to progress. We continue to make difference and we continue to live. Along with this evolution of man through language is also a failure of others. Language is powerful. We could not live without language.
